These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of beyondvision.net and any other website or web service owned or operated by Beyond Vision (the “Service”). By accessing, viewing or using the Service, you confirm that you understand these Terms, that you intend them to be the legal equivalent of a signed, written contract, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with these Terms, you are not permitted to use the Service and should leave it now.

Except where indicated, the entire content of beyondvision.net — including images, text and look and feel — is © 2000–2026 Beyond Vision. All rights reserved. Removing or altering the copyright notice on any material on the Service is prohibited.

Beyond Vision also owns copyright in the Service as a collective work and compilation, and in the selection, coordination, arrangement, organisation and enhancement of its content. Any commercial use of this content without Beyond Vision’s prior written consent is prohibited. Trademarks on this website that are not the intellectual property of Beyond Vision belong to their respective owners.

Communications with us

We welcome your feedback and suggestions about our products, services and this Service. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its choice-of-law rules. By accessing, viewing or using the Service, you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal and provincial courts in Toronto, Ontario, agree to accept service of process by mail, and waive any jurisdictional and venue defences otherwise available to you.

Beyond Vision makes no representation that the materials on the Service are appropriate or available for use in every location, and access to them from territories where their content is illegal is prohibited. If you access the Service from elsewhere, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for complying with local laws.

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Beyond Vision regarding your use of the Service.
